Dress Art

I recently finished painting this plaster dress for the American Heart Association's "Go Red For Women Luncheon"  and fundraiser to be held in February. It was an odd shape but I just did my thing and it worked out okay, it's Izzy chasing Alice or is it Alice Chasing Izzy? It's like a Weeble, it wobbles, but it won't fall down -- there is even some kind of liquid inside.

My donation for the Celebrity Chair Auction to be held on November 30th is complete. I call it "Bona Fide" Chair. I really enjoy the challenge of painting something 3d - although every time I do that bone design, I think I must be crazy as it's a very tedious job.This benefit raises money for many Chicago Groups, among them the Chicago Abused Women Coalition.
